A sense of place and identity is important to the success of a project, we make sure every home sits well in its setting and is evolved from the local vernacular, happy people and communities create a sense of place
The main ethos of sustainable design is to have lower fuel bills and this is the cornerstone of our design process. This comes from better designed buildings and more efficient heating and hot water systems
We use Lifetime homes principles so that homeowners can stay in the home as they grow older, from level kerbs on the roads to larger communal areas and doors, small changes make a big difference
We always abide by secure by design principles. It is important that people feel safe and secure in their homes. From quality windows and doors to gravel roads to well designed parking areas – it all helps to feel safe at home
The natural environment and outside space is always important in making a house feel like a home. We have landscape designers involved in our schemes from the beginning to make sure we plan our outside space, both private and communal areas.
We want people to have lower fuel bills and better well being in their homes, this makes them and us happy. If we win awards for doing this then even better!
